Attorney Smith has been practicing law in Massachusetts for over thirty years. While she has a great deal of experience in many other areas of law, she started her own practice concentrating on representing buyers and sellers of single family residences, multi-family homes and condominiums. She also represents mortgage lenders and banks, and specializes in researching and resolving title issues. She has helped many sellers and buyers of short sales. She also has experience with utility leases for solar farms and cell towers.
She is a graduate of Suffolk University Law School (Juris Doctor) and the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, Isenberg School of Management (BBA). Bar memberships include Massachusetts Bar, Real Estate Bar Association, Metrowest Committee of the Womens Bar Association. She is an issuing agent for Connecticut Attorneys Title Insurance Company (CATIC) and a notary public in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
