A: Ideally, you should contact us before you sign an offer to purchase. An Offer is legally binding and should be understood before it is made. If you have already made an offer to purchase a property, contact us as soon afterward as you can.
Q: How much will it cost for you to represent me in a typical seller or buyer transaction? A: Although every transaction is different, I generally prefer a flat fee structure.
